I am a student of civil engineering interested in construction of projects and their management & analysis and design under consultants, contractors and architects.
Being an undergraduate student, i have worked as a Trainee Engineer at some construction projects and as a volunteer at a design office. Some of my assigned tasks which i performed with dedication included :
AT CONSTRUCTION SITE:
1)execution of work according to specifications and reputation of firm
2) timely meetings and briefings about progress with upper management
3) preparing BOQs, purchase record and executed work progress
4) checking of works for approval from consultants
5) presenting solutions and ideas for improvement in the management
AT DESIGN OFFICE :
1) To become familiar with currently used working techniques and methodologies
2) To be aware of the responsibilities of a structural engineer
3) To work with the currently used softwares in market for design and analysis
To present and successfully implement the innovative ideas for the increase in efficiency of management at site
